Phase 1: Discovery of Lolicon VTuber Content
Lidl Drip found out that Useful_Mistake watches VTubers associated with lolicon content:

Additionally, evidence was found of a YouTube channel with similar content:

Archived videos can be skimmed here: PreserveTube Channel
Phase 2: Attempt at Dialogue & Thread Deletion
I created a debate thread in "Mass Debates" forum titled "Debate Useful_Mistake on the Ethics of Liking Lolicon VTubers." Instead of engaging, Useful_Mistake deleted the thread outright for no good reason:

Phase 3: Deflection, Smearing, and Insults
Rather than respond reasonably in the original thread, Useful_Mistake responded in a separate thread, derailing the conversation. He lashed out with slurs and tried to frame me as the harasser, dishonest framing meant to smear a critic and shield himself from scrutiny:

Here is my reasoned response to his attacks:

Phase 4: Suspicious 10-Day Ban
Shortly after this response, I received a 10-day ban for "shitting in threads" and posting an unthumbnailed image. Given the context, it seemed like personal retaliation for mocking him.

I waited out the full 10-day ban without incident, hoping things would deescalate. However, the moderation abuse continued almost immediately after I returned, confirming this was about silencing dissent rather than fair rule enforcement.
Phase 5: Argument in Multimedia Thread and Subsequent Bans
I got into an argument in the Multimedia forum thread, where disagreements are allowed and there are no rules prohibiting arguments. Despite this, Useful_Mistake banned me from the very thread I was arguing in:

Following this, a new thread was created in the Mass Debates forum to continue the argument:

Shortly after, I was banned from the Thunderdome, preventing me from posting in the Mass Debates forum entirely, effectively silencing me for speaking my truth:

I believe Useful_Mistake used Francis York Morgan as a proxy to ban me from Thunderdome for one week.
Phase 6: More Bans and Silencing
I was further banned from GenChat, silencing me from multiple parts of the community:

Phase 7: Stalking and Gaslighting
After being banned from Genchat, I made a TTS thread because I never got a notification regarding my ban from genchat. Useful_Mistake responded quickly, making me feel stalked:

When I confronted him, he accused me of "unfounded accusations," gaslighting me to dismiss my concerns:

Phase 8: Silencing Through Thread Moves
When I tried to raise the issue in the General Discussion forum (read it here), moderator Trombonista moved it to Mass Debates, a forum where I was banned from posting. This effectively silenced me. I believe Trombonista acted as a proxy for Useful_Mistake to suppress my voice.

Phase 9: Deleted Community Feature Submission
I made a Community Feature Submission describing my experience of being silenced on KiwiFarms. It was deleted by Null or other admins:

Phase 10: Taunting and Ignored Harassment Reports
Useful_Mistake and his associates gave me the Pink Triangle badge, for voicing my concerns about free speech at kiwifarms

He taunted me on my own profile, showing blatant disregard:

Meanwhile, I repeatedly reported sexual harassment framed as "jokes," but Useful_Mistake ignored these reports:

Phase 11: Final Silencing in Supporter Forum
After expressing frustration over repeated sexual harassment in the Supporter Forum, a space supposedly allowing more freedom, I was threadbanned simply for getting upset at the people sexually harassing me. This is not a legitimate reason.

Double Standards in Enforcement
People are routinely banned in BP for thirst posting, its explicitly against the rules.
A User were temporarily banned in Zoey's thread for similar behavior, such as saying, "I'll make this video work *unzips*."
Even Mound Dweller as given a pink triangle for a foot-related joke in Stan's thread.
Meanwhile, users have repeatedly asked for "dick pics" of me, a blatant form of sexual harassment, and yet have faced no consequences.
If obvious jokes are punished so harshly, why are direct and repeated sexual comments allowed to slide?

Final Note
This documentation is not an exhaustive catalogue of every objectionable action by Useful_Mistake or associates. Such an effort would be unmanageably vast and strategically unfocused.
Instead, it offers:
- A targeted critique of Useful_Mistake's weaponization of moderation tools to silence critics
- A specific solution: Removal from moderation authority and implementation of third-party oversight
While substantiated claims from other creators regarding similar targeting may be added, this remains:
- A focused case study in moderator abuse
- Not a repository for general misconduct allegations
